Twin bedroom one contains two twin beds in this generous room, complete with desk and wardrobe. Twin bedroom two contains two twin beds in the smaller of the two bedrooms with built in wardrobe.  In addition to these two bedrooms this floor has a family bathroom with shower/bath and a separate shower room for added convenience.

The ground floor is beautifully open with a large living room with smart TV & sound system, dining room table (seats 6 comfortably and can extend for additional space), fully equipped kitchen, and fridge/freezer.  Double glass doors open up enlarging the ground floor even more to a delightful stone, walled courtyard garden, complete with dining table and chairs. 

Downstairs is where you enter the property with a self check in code.  The entryway is spacious with seating, gum boot remover, reusable shopping bags, umbrella pot, shoe storage and coat/bag hooks.  Just off this entryway is a bathroom complete with washer and dryer.  There is a drying rack provided and washing line outside on the patio.
